The 4 column hydraulic press machine uses computer optimization and consists of 3 separate parts and 4 hydraulic columns. This hydraulic press is applicable for metal sheet stretching and pulling, stretching, punching, bending. It is also used for pulling, stretching and pressing large-scale products.

Features

The hydraulic control system uses an integrated system for the cartridge valve to ensure a reliable operation, long service life, and low hydraulic impact, as well as a reduction pipe connections in order to minimize potential leakage points.
The independent electric control system ensures the hydraulic press works in a reliable manner with a smooth movement and easy maintenance. Central control is achieved with the push of a button, and features two modes: single operation or loop operation.
Users can select the forming process using the operation panel. By using it, hold up time can also be set.
The working pressure and the stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process requirements
