The CNC fiber laser metal tube cutter is primarily used for high-precision automated cutting of metal tubes and profiles. The cutting machine consists of cutting bed, guide rails, front and rear chucks, and laser cutting head, enabling consistent cutting of round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, oval tubes, and other metal profiles. The cutting machine is also capable of cut-to-length cutting, hole cutting, slot cutting, notching, intersection cutting and processing of complex profiles. Selected models also support bevel cutting, welding seam detection, automated material loading and unloading.
With a positioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm and high cutting accuracy, the cut edges are clean, smooth with minimal burrs. The reduced secondary processing such as sawing and drilling improves production efficiency and material utilization, making the cutting machine ideal for steel fabrication, metal furniture manufacturing, tube processing and the production of other metal structural components.
